Gerhard Schuster (Dr. jur.) has been CEO of Wien 3420 aspern Development AG since 2014 and is responsible for sales, marketing, communication and HR. Mr. Schuster began his career as
an advisor on employment and social law matters at the Lower Austrian Chamber of Labour. After management positions in the
federal civil service in various government ministries, including a peroid as head of department for consumer protection.
He also worked as the housing finance expert at ERSTE Bank before being appointed CEO of housing developer S-Wohnbauträger
GmbH. From 1996 to 2013 Mr. Schuster was Managing Director of BUWOG – Bauen und Wohnen GmbH.
